I have gambled on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of funds at vingt-et-un. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the house.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 appears to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager

Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar wager

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
